                                            DREAMSICLE-POPSICLE ORANGE CAKE

1 box Duncan Hines orange cake mix
1 (3 oz.) box of orange jello
1/3 cup of oil
3 eggs
1 7-Up Soda
1 tsp. orange flavoring

Mix all ingredients together and beat until well mixed. Bake at 350 degrees for around 25 - 35 minutes until cake is done.


TOPPING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
1/3 cup of orange juice
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Beat cream cheese until smooth & creamy. Add sugar. Add orange juice slowly. (If consistency becomes too thin, all of orange juice may not be needed.) Add vanilla flavoring. Fold in Cool Whip. Mix and frost cooled cake.

    I work front desk at a hotel and do Social Hour for the guests and we serve Dinner and pop & beer. I am stealing the cake recipe to make the cake for the guests.

  10. YES...I'm definitely trying this cake. I'm not a chocolate fan so I usually make lemon, orange, or pumpkin. I make an orange jello bundt cake but your recipe looks better with that frosting. YUM.
